DESCRIPTION:
PW mvt only - Attributed to Patek Philippe, Genève, minute repeater with chronograph, 42mm dial plate diameter, HC model mvt, white enamel single-sunk dial, stem-wind stem-set, fully capped lever escapement, 25J or greater, wolf's tooth winding, gilt movement, s#47346 under dial. Although unsigned, we believe this movement was produced by Patek Philippe as its ebauche layout, serial number range, finish, and features are all consistent with and strongly indicative of Patek Philippe production.
CONDITION:
Mvt: Ticking somewhat sluggishly, setting mechanism engaging properly if crown is held with outward pressure while turning but stem will retract if crown is not held with outward pressure, repeat mechanism appears complete but is not functioning, overhaul needed for repeat function, good chronograph function, excellent cosmetic movement condition overall, some toning of plate surfaces, few small specks of oxide to steelwork, missing a screw from the repeat bridge; dial with some hls to right side; excellent hour, minute, and sweep-seconds-hands, missing subsidiary seconds-hand but seconds-hand post (fourth wheel arbor) is present.
